Phantom Ghost is an invisible ghost and one of the main "antagonists" in the third strip of the Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt in Manga Strip series, "Hole Guys: We're the Dancing Hole Brothers". Phantom Ghost is ghost #33, and according to Scanty, it can not be seen or touched. The ghost itself does not really exist and was actually made up by the Demon Sisters.
