Patrick Fagry (パトリック・ファグリィ Patorikku Faguryi) is a character in Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. He was an ill-mannered ghost, whom Stocking fell in love with.
He was generally a very unpleasant person. He was rude to Stocking, farted in public, and used foul language. Upon being transformed into a ghost, he was fated to be unloved, and therefore, his appearance was really disgusting. However, after Stocking fell in love with him and he loved her back, he was purified. He was worth one Heaven Coin and after his disappearance, a dung-shaped constellation appeared above Daten City.
Even though he was a ghost, he didn't seem to find fun in wreaking havoc like all the other ghosts previously defeated by the Anarchy sisters. Instead, he behaved quite peacefully overall, only going as far as hitting on girls on the street.

- In the FUNimation dub, he is renamed "Flat U. Lance".
- His name, "Patrick", is a reference to Patrick Swayze, who played the role of the main character in the 1990 film Ghost.
- His last name "Fagry" may be a play on the Japanese pronunciation of the word "fugly (fa-gu-ri)"
