Mr. Bombon is a minor character in Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. He was the journalist who videotaped "Death Race 2010".

Mr. Bombon has a large white afro and is somewhat of a pervert, openly ogling at Panty when she was panty-less. Later in the episode, he received an award from Mr. Carter for the 'daring' footage.
In the Funimation dub, he is voiced by Eric Vale and was given a speech impediment, like that of Homestar Runner or Elmer Fudd.
